☘ EVERYONE IS SHUFFLIN’
WEAR YOUR KILT
The area’s premier annual St Paddy’s event in Downtown Toledo is not quite your typical race. This is a nighttime glow shuffle — in kilts.
Join thousands of other leprechauns at the area’s largest run/walk by people wearing kilts. Run or walk through the streets of Downtown Toledo and enjoy a street party at the Blarney Irish Pub after you finish.
Choose the Kilt Race package to be part of the Guinness World Record attempt.
Start Time: 8:00PM
Distance: 3 Miles — Why? Because this isn’t a normal race, and a 5K is too far to shuffle.
Course Open: You have one hour to shuffle the route and make it back to the finish line. Concerned you can’t make it 3 miles? Shenanigans! We offer a shortcut to get to the beer tent quicker.
Maximum Field: 3,000
Minimum Age: 21 on Race Day

There are no age group awards; this is a casual “shuffle,” not a race.

The course takes you from the Blarney Irish Pub past the Toledo Mud Hen’s 5/3 Field, along side the Toledo Union Train Station around to the Oliver House/Maumee Bay Brewery where you can stop in for a “hydration” break, then along the riverfront near Owens Corning, before heading up Summit St. past Fort Industry Square, Promenade Park and Imagination Station, with a u-turn to head back up Summit to Monroe, finishing near the Blarney’s “Shamrockin” party tent.
