JeepFest 4-Miler

The Toledo Jeep® Fest 4-Mile Run and Fun Walk are set to take place on Sunday morning. Come celebrate the active Jeep® lifestyle with this unique run/walk through Downtown Toledo, and enjoy the swag that comes with it for the whole year. You don’t have to be a runner to enjoy all of the Jeep® perks at this event. Join hundreds of other Jeep® lovers on a scenic walk through Downtown Toledo, along the Maumee River and Promenade Park. You’ll have your own start and won’t have to worry about being in a crowd of runners zipping by.

Can’t make it in person, or you just want the collectable swag to hang from your rearview mirror to complement your love of all things Jeep? Signup for the Virtual 4-Miler and take part in the festivities from anywhere — even from your Jeep. Virtual registrants will receive instructions in email, and/or via text if notifications are enabled during registration.

RACE DAY PICKUP TIME

The day of the race we will set up a tent for you to come down to and pickup your packet prior to the race. We only have it open one hour prior to the race so we recommend that you go to one of our designated locations to pickup your race packet prior to arrival.

3:00pm to 6:30pm Wednesday— Dave’s Running Shop, Sylvania
3:00pm to 6:30pm Thursday — Dave’s Running Shop, Perrysburg
8:00am to 9:15am Sunday — Promenade Park, Downtown Toledo (Madison at Summit)

This session provides an overview of the event planning industry, including its scope, different types of events, and essential skills required for success. The session will also discuss the role of an event planner, stages of event planning, and the importance of effective communication and collaboration.

This session covers the essential aspects of event budgeting and financial management. Attendees will learn how to develop a comprehensive budget, manage expenses, identify potential cost-saving measures, and monitor financial performance throughout the planning process.

This session explores the critical factors in selecting the perfect venue and managing event logistics. Topics include venue assessment, negotiation, contracts, and coordinating transportation, accommodation, and other logistical elements.

Recharge with a coffee break and take the opportunity to network with other attendees and industry professionals.
