The historic Sylvania Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquabike is one of the first and longest running multi-sport events in the country. Since 1981, this energy-packed and time-tested event has been held in at the Tam-O-Shanter Sports Complex, and Olander Lake in Sylvania, Ohio. Featuring a choice of distance and race for everyone, Sylvania is perfectly positioned for all athletes. Whether you’re looking for a short or intermediate length, triathlon or duathlon, Sylvania, Ohio is the place to visit each year.
Music will get you pumped from the beginning of the day, over 300 terrific volunteers, as well as lots of cheering spectators will keep you going all the way to the finish line.
Relay team registration is available for everyone who want to experience this event with friends, family, or co-workers, but don’t want to do the whole distance themselves.
The Olander Park and Tam-o-Shanter Sports Complex venue and course welcomes veterans and rookie athletes alike; men, women, teens, collegiate athletes, and the para-triathletes.

The Sylvania will rank age group category athletes for the triathlon and duathlon. Triathletes and duathletes will be ranked nationally from all race distances within this Sylvania event.
