BAILY WEATHERWAX

Throughout the season, I manage race-day activities; plan, review, and implement race events and their objectives; perform course planning and setup operations in their entirety; assist with race timing and technology; and support an overall experience and culture that keeps people coming back.

I graduated from college with a BA in Business Administration, minoring in Marketing. I’ve gained a monumental amount of experience since I graduated in 2018 — holding positions in both marketing and management in multiple forms; primarily before landing with Run Toledo (mid 2021). I’ve been helping with Run Toledo events on weekends since 2018 and was introduced to the company by his now fiance’, Kassie, I started by helping out with general operations and labor when I had free time.

When not working, I enjoy coaching lacrosse and building collectable legos. You can also catch me working on my newly purchased home, or playing with my two rambunctious pups, Benny and Winnie.

I’ve also been coaching varsity lacrosse at Perrysburg High School since 2018.
